Who we are
Merchander is a product of SHERO. It helps merchants who sell through messages, social media, and in person keep their orders, stock, payments, customers, and suppliers in one place. [Legal entity name and registered address to be added.] - To be updated.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Merchander you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Merchander for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the staff you invite do.
Your business and your customers' information
You decide what you record in Merchander, including details about your customers, orders, and suppliers. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to record it and for using it lawfully, including any messaging channel you connect and that channel's own rules.
